To build a partnership with our referral sources, Lakeside offers a robust Business Development team that provides individual support to healthcare facilities, assists with the referral program, and provides support through event sponsorships and in-office training. Lakeside has also developed a Direct Referral Center for all of our professional referral sources and healthcare providers that works directly with healthcare providers to streamline this process. This innovative solution helps make the assessment and admission process much more efficient. By reducing administrative burdens and facilitating smoother communication, our call center enables healthcare professionals to focus more on patient care and less on paperwork.
