Covering the Cost of Care

Lakeside Behavioral Health System has a wide range of payment options. Financial arrangements can be made with our financial counseling department prior to or upon arrival. We accept most major, private and government-issued health insurance plans, as well as all major credit cards for private payers. Our financial counseling team will work with each patient’s insurance company to discuss available benefits. Out-of-Network plans may also be accepted on a case-by-case basis, but it is the ultimate responsibility of the patient to cover all fees, co-pays and deductibles associated with treatment and length of stay.

Before admission, we advise prospective patients to contact their insurance company to review applicable benefits. Lakeside Behavioral Health System helps patients verify and file for insurance benefits but payment of claims will depend on the coverage provided by the agency.

PLEASE NOTE: Psychiatrists at Lakeside Behavioral Health System are independent contractors and not employed by the hospital. Physician fees will be billed separately by the physician.
