Contact our Intake Department to schedule your level of care assessment. Lakeside Behavioral Health System is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This reservation system is for scheduling non-life-threatening psychiatric assessments. If you are having feelings of harming yourself or another person, or are in a life-threatening situation, please call 911.
