Visitation & Facility Contact

We know families and friends want to stay connected to their loved ones when they’re receiving treatment. The visitation schedule at Lakeside Behavioral Health System was created with both patients and family members in mind, with the understanding that your support and presence is essential for recovery.

Visitation is allowed after the first family session or upon approval by the primary therapist. Visitation hours for each program/unit are outlined below. Please note that there will be NO formal visitation on the new Landing Addiction Services unit, but Multi-Family Group Therapy available on Saturdays (see below).

Additional Visitation Policies

  • We recommend cell phones be locked in your vehicle during your visit. 
  • No photography is permitted.
  • Children under age 18 are not permitted to visit the East Unit.
  • Children under age 12 are not permitted to visit any unit.
  • No food may be brought in for adult patients. Outside food is only allowed for Child/Adolescent and Geriatric patients, and any food brought in must be consumed during visitation.
  • Smoking is prohibited during visitation.

Lakeside Behavioral Health System’s Assessment Center is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide a no-cost mental health assessment for you, your loved one, or your patient/client.
