Outpatient Services

Outpatient Treatment Options for All Patients

Lakeside Behavioral Health offers a variety of outpatient services for both children, teens, and adults in Memphis, Tennessee. Outpatient treatment represents our least restrictive care options. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offer both day and evening schedules, which allows patients to receive the help that addresses a full range of psychiatric and addictive issues while attending to daily family and work obligations. Some programs include boarding if needed.

The Lodge at Cresthaven

The Lodge at Cresthaven is the adult PHP with a boarding component. The Lodge provides a structured environment in the evenings following programming for individuals who have completed medical detoxification and inpatient stabilization. Clients participate in PHP seven days a week while residing in off-campus housing provided by Lakeside. During the evening, individuals attend 12-Step recovery meetings and participate in other recovery-related activities. The length of stay is based on the individual’s needs but is usually between 14 and 28 days. Family programming is offered each Sunday at 1 pm.

The Landing Day Program

The Landing at Lakeside provides a treatment program for working professionals in the Mid-South area. The Landing works to address behavioral health and addiction issues to help each person live their fullest lives.

The Landing’s Day Program offers an intensive treatment environment in an outpatient setting. It serves as an entry-level of care for individuals not in need of inpatient treatment. It also serves as a step-down option for those discharged from the inpatient setting.

PHP at The Landing provides a treatment option that is less restrictive than an inpatient and residential setting yet more intensive than standard outpatient treatment. PHP consists of a full-day treatment program, including process therapy groups and psychoeducation. For those needing psychiatry services, medication management is provided by an attending psychiatrist.
